after expecting a luxurious experience at this overpriced, so-called 5-star hotel, I was greated with a tired room and no restaurant. Also, the staff at breakfast were utterly bewildered, definitely not the service level I anticipated. An upgrade would have been lovely, but who needs that, right? I just couldn’t recommend this place.

great family experience with minor room issues
The staff provided excellent service, particularly the waitstaff during breakfast who were attentive and friendly. Our King Studio was comfortable and had enough space for our family. The full breakfast was not just complimentary but also delicious, offering a variety of filling options. We especially enjoyed the garden view from our room, which added to our relaxing stay.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored the beautiful beach, just a short walk away, and enjoyed wonderful strolls on the main street, filled with laughter and ice cream. The charming outdoor area, with comfy chairs on the porch, was perfect for relaxing after our day out.
One downside was the air conditioner in our room, which was loud and disrupted our sleep. We ended up turning it off at night, which wasn’t ideal.

The breakfast spread here is excellent, offering a delicious variety each morning. The charming historic architecture adds character, providing a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from typical accommodations.
Rooms show signs of wear, with some furniture feeling tired and carpets looking old, which might not sit well with everyone. Limited dining options are disappointing, as there's no full restaurant. The only drink service occurs intermittently from a small, tucked-away bar. The pool, although advertised as heated, was a touch too chilly for my liking.

Charming Stay with Unique Quirks
Enjoyed a delightful four-night stay with a charming balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast featured a great variety, though the service charge was unexpected. The staff, especially during breakfast, offered friendly service. Don't miss the peaceful evenings watching fireflies. A short walk to explore Chatham's local gems is recommended.

Our stay at Queen Anne Inn was truly delightful! The large attached balcony in our Deluxe Queen Room offered stunning views of the colorful gardens. We loved unwinding with a glass of wine in the outdoor hot tub in the evening. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic variety including fresh pastries and expertly prepared dishes.
The pool was a bit too chilly for a swim.
